Cake decorating: I love baking and decorating cakes, but I'd really love to learn some techniques. I know I could do much better. I've learned a few hints and tips through a couple of birthday cake books, but have never done a hands on course. It would be so much fun and very useful!For those of you who know me, I'm a bit of a perfectionist in many areas of my life, but cake decorating is one area that lets me down (or, I let myself down!).

ReplyDeleteThanks, Loz! Unfortunately the perfectionist in me says that I could do better! That way, next time I won't have to choose the picture that's on the right angle so as not to show the corner part that I missed icing properly! (on the first, football cake). LOL
