is for Tortilla. One of my favourite foods! Encapsulating my favourite cuisine... Mexican!I received a Mexican food cookbook for Christmas. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but looking forward to making some authentic Mexican food. I'm sure the Mexican dishes I've fallen in love with aren't as authentic as I'd like to think, so will enjoy testing out the real thing sometime soon!
One (of many!) things I love about the US is a fast food restaurant called "Taco Bell"... quick, yummy Mexican food! Guess where I try to eat at, at least once when I visit the States?!
